Mindfulness is the art of being a compassionate observer of our own experience. Mindfulness meditation can help us reduce stress & be calmer. All are welcome whether a beginner or with previous experience. Many techniques are introduced. Participants are encouraged to find their preferred method.

These are drop-in workshops. No registration is required. No fee.  All are welcome: faculty, staff and students.

How to maintain our intention to becoming more aware of where we are at right now

  1. When possible do one thing at a time.

  2. Pay full attention to what you are doing.

  3. When your mind wanders from what you are doing, bring it back.

  4. Repeat Step 3 several billion times.
